This is a black tea, from Nepal, similar to a Darjeeling with a hint of muscatel.  What is muscatel?  It's the natural taste of the tea that grows in intensity as the season progresses.  It has nothing to do with the rolling, like vegetables it's all about the soil, the altitude, the weather and the origin of the bush itself.  If you like Black Tea, it's another great one for your cupboard, and excellent as a breakfast tea with milk.
